Raw Sweet Potato Bowl

This is a raw version of a sweet potato bowl. It is so delicious. It tastes like sweet potato dessert. It is topped with apples, almond butter, pecans, raisins, and chia seeds which add even more nutrition to the already nutrient dense sweet potatoes.


Potatoes:

2 cups chopped raw sweet potatoes

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup

2-3 tbsp plant milk


Toppings:

1 tbsp almond butter

1 apple chopped or sliced

1/4 cup raisins

1 tbsp pecans chopped

1 tbsp chia seeds


Combine sweet potato, cinnamon, maple syrup and 2 tbsp plant milk into blender. Blend until creamy smooth adding a little more plant milk as needed. Once smooth, add to bowl. Then, top with toppings as desired. Grab a spoon and enjoy.
