Baked Oatmeal

This is another warm and sweet recipe. Great for breakfast or desert. Rolled oats, fruit and nuts are sure to satisfy you. Packed with fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats, this is another power recipe.

1/2 cup steel cut oats (you can use other type of oats, it may vary some)
2 tbs crushed pecans
1 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp coconut flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 an apple chopped
2 tbs blueberries fresh or frozen
1 tbs agave or maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk
Stir all ingredients and press into a pie dish or glass pan. Bake on 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
