This is the best green smoothie recipe. It's super nutritious packed with greens and tastes delicious. This is my daily smoothie that takes your health to the next level. Getting your omega 3's from flax seeds and spinach is important for brain health.
Drink this every day for glowing skin. Spinach is packed with vitamins and minerals and a good source of protein and iron. Start your day off right and drink through out the day.

3 cups of spinach or other green loosely packed
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup plant milk
1 cup water
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend. If you do not have a high speed blender, you may need to ground the flax seeds first.
I recommend whole flax seeds they are more fresh and the omega 3's are preserved rather than using the pre bought ground flax seeds. You want to make sure you get the full benefit of the omega 3 fatty acids. Drink daily to help cellular repair in your body.
