Cashew Caesar Dressing

Here is a simple Caesar Dressing that is creamy and delicious. It is made without oils or mayonnaise and is a healthier version, yet still tangy.


1 cup cashews

1 cup water

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp coconut aminos

2 tbs nutritional yeast

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt


Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. It's that simple.


This dressing thickens as it sits in the refrigerator. After it thickens, can use as veggie dip too.

Keeps in the refrigerator for three to four days.
