Chocolate Smoothie

Great for breakfast or desert, this chocolate smoothie helps to satisfy chocolate cravings. Made with cashews and oats for healthy fats and fiber. You can add spinach to just about any smoothie for extra greens.

1/4 cups cashews

1/4 cup water

1/4 cups rolled oats

1 tbs cocoa

1 ripe banana

1 cup almond milk

1 tbs agave

1 handful spinach (optional)

1 cup of ice


First blend cashews and water until smooth. Then add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
