Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This basic smoothie bowl is packed with nutrition and is great for breakfast, a snack or dessert. It is high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This smoothie bowl will provide you with sustained energy and is a great way to start your day. Sprinkle on hemp and Chia seeds for protein and omega 3's and top with your favorite fruit.

1 cup frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen dragon
1 cup plant milk
Hemp seeds
Chia seeds
Kiwi or Berries
In a blender add plant milk, frozen banana, mango and dragon fruit to a blender.
Blend until smooth. Sprinkle on Chia and hemp seeds. Top with your favorite fruit.
