Raw Carrot Soup

This is a delicious and nutritious soup packed with vitamin A and phytochemicals. It is a raw soup which preserves its electrical potential and natural enzymes. It is great for lunch or dinner served with a salad.

Broth:
4 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
2 medium carrot cut in chunks
2 cup water
Blend in high speed blender twice and strain. Rinse blender pitcher for next step.
Soup:
Broth
2/3 cup carrot shredded
1/2 avocado no skin
1/4- 1/2 tsp salt
Add broth, shredded carrot, avocado and salt to high speed blender and cook on soup setting. This makes 2 servings. Serve with a salad for lunch or dinner. Enjoy this healthy raw soup.
