Toasted Oatmeal

Great for a snack or grab and go in the morning, this toasted oatmeal is packed with complex carbohydrates, fat and protein for good energy.

Make and store in a glass jar to have ready on hand.

1 cup rolled oats

2 tbs of crushed pecans

2 tbs of pumpkin seeds

2 tbs coconut flakes (optional)

2 tbs raisins

1 tbs agave



Toast oats over medium heat, add pecans and agave and stir. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Eat as snack or add fruit and plant milk as cereal.
