Vegan Caramel with Apples

Dates are a good source of fiber, minerals and antioxidants. They are naturally sweet and are a healthy alternative to sugar. If you want to get your little ones to eat apples, try this healthy snack.

1-2 apples sliced
3 dates
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs almond milk or other plant milk
Mash with fork or blend dates in a food processor. Add cinnamon and plant milk and mix well until a caramel consistency. Serve with apples for dipping.
